Richard Mclaughlin was a founder and director of Charmford Homes Ltd and the Igloo Group which are well-known building companies operating in the Staffordshire area over the last 20 years. Everything he does, from the smallest extension to the development of multi-million pound Smart Eco homes, is approached with the same vigour and pursuit of perfection.

About Our Services
Types of development work we undertake.
Our team of builders are more than capable of building a small estate of properties, and we do occasionally do that both for ourselves and or clients. But the works we mainly undertake are smaller high-quality projects, from single-story extensions to double-story wraparounds, Structural building work removing internal and external walls and property refurbishments including garage conversions.
What sets us apart from other builders is our pride in offering a fixed price for our work. Once we have issued a full quote for a job then that is the price as long as the spec does not change along the way. This means that you are secure in the fact that the quoted cost will not change over the duration of the project
